Version 1.5 Changes

One account, multiple computers

You can sign install Syncura on each of your computers and sign in with the same username. You have access to all shared folders from each computer.

Performance

Syncing thousands of files between peers is now waaaaaaaaay faster.

Syncing updates to very large files is speedy because only the part of the file that changes is transmitted. Like an exploding fireworks display, your file modifications are pulled by each peer in a bittorrent-like fashion.

We didn't forget about those who are stuck behind firewalls. Transmitting encrypted files through our servers is snappy. The speed is usually limited by the upload speed of the peer with the source file.

Resume interrupted file transfers. There is nothing more annoying than losing your Internet connection half way through a 1 GB file download.

When you don't want to share everything in your folder

Most applications create temporary files in the same folder as a document you're editing, or create files that don't need to be kept in sync and you don't really want to waste bandwidth on. You can now specify file extensions, individual files, entire folders, or any file that matches a certain pattern to not be shared with your team.

Keep personal files under your shared project or work folders and don't worry about them being shared with your team.

You can also specify that files, file extensions, or folders not be synced to your machine, and still let your team sync and share them.

Ease of use
