Syncura will automatically distribute shared files to your team in the background. Your computer is kept up to date with the latest version of all shared files.

No Internet connection? No problem. Get more done by editing your shared files while offline. Modified files are automatically sent to your team when you are back online.

Ease of use

Don't waste your time learning how to use a clunky web interface. Your team's files are stored in a normal folder accessible via Windows Explorer. If you know how to use Windows Explorer, you know how to use Syncura.

Automatic backup

Online presence

Similar to instant messaging, Syncura shows you which members of your team are currently online. In addition, if a user installs Syncura on more than one computer, you can see which computer is online.

Exclusive file editing

Keep your documents in sync so two people don't make changes to the same document at the same time. Optionally check out a file and lock it so no one else can edit it.

If two people happen to edit a file at the same time, Syncura will warn the second person who starts editing a file. If there is a version conflict, Syncura will rename your file to include " - Username's backup" in the filename so no changes are lost.

Alerts

Know when your teammates have added or updated a file. The Syncura icon in the system task area changes green when someone has changed a file and the file has been downloaded from their computer. The list of new or updated files is displayed when the mouse is hovered over the icon.

Decide exactly what needs to be shared



Individuals can decide to not synchronize certain files or folders but allow the rest of the team to continue synchronizing them. If someone adds files you don't need to have on your local computer, you're not forced to download it.

Syncura can also ignore files that you don't want to be synchronized, such as temporary application files (e.g. *.tmp).
